Refund/Exchange Policy
It is the policy of S.B.Grace, Inc. to offer a refund of your purchase less a 25% restocking charge for products returned for reasons other than shipping damage or manufacturing defects. The customer will also be responsible for all of the freight charges incurred to return the product.
A RGA (return goods authorization) must accompany all returns and can be obtained by calling customer service @ 615.688.5002.
Important Note: An RGA number will only be given within 10 days from the date the item is delivered by the freight company.
Any freight damage must be noted on the freight company’s Bill of Lading. Failure to note damage at the time the product is delivered could eliminate the possibility of making a damage claim with the freight company.
S.B.Grace, Inc. will arrange for pickup of your product after the RGA number has been issued. The product must be repackaged in its original packaging to avoid further damage.
Order Cancellation Policy
In the event you need to cancel your order, please call S.B.Grace, Inc. @ 615.688.5002. You will be required to give your name, address and order confirmation number to cancel. If possible, call us at least 24 hours before the scheduled ship date. Orders cancelled before they have left our dock will not be charged any fees. If cancelling after a product is in transit, the customer will be responsible for all of the freight charges incurred and an additional $50.00 handling fee.
